I've purchased several items from SWFA over the past few years. Among those things are two really good riflescopes with the SWFA brand. . . . . which you can't buy at GT Distributors.

It's a huge facility but most of it is manufacturing and warehouse space. I believe they said their showroom area will be a couple thousand sqft. This is a vast improvement over the 12x12 room with a service counter that they currently have in Red Oak.

One major problem with SWFA - being in TX, I'd get nicked for sales tax on anything I bought from them; that means there's an automatic 8.25% price differential they have to overcome vs. their competitors.
Original CHL: 2000: 56 day turnaround
1st renewal, 2004: 34 days
2nd renewal, 2008: 81 days
3rd renewal, 2013: 12 days
