Funny...... Lever guns are what I most often compare the RGS to. They essentially fill the same role, except that the RGS fires a more modern cartridge of rebated rim and spritzer bullet design, and the larger capacity of a removable box magazine. But both designs are as simple and reliable as an anvil, light, handy, quick to deploy, and designed around iron sights with scopes being an afterthought.mr surveyor wrote:I'm pretty much a lever gun guy, but y'all have just nailed the only non-lever gun on my wish list.
