Everybody can look on the internet and see what market value is for just about anything. Like TAM, I'm not going to play games with the asking or selling price when it does get posted here - and elsewhere.

I've been browsing around several forums and TGT lately looking for a few specific pistols in an attempt to maybe get a slightly better deal than new and avoid hassle of shipping and meeting ffl....and GEEZ people are asking for more than brand new for pistols that they say have had over 500rds through them.
and I'm not even talking new buds prices these are new academy/cabelas prices for used, and they just keep bumping up their ad wondering why no one bites.

Just wondering how many of those trying to sell now are people who rushed out in the frenzy a couple of years ago and overpaid for anything they could get their hands on?

O.G., is right on the money.

However, if someone offered me a billion dollars for my house and land, I wouldn't argue...

It can work both ways.
