UPS banning shipment of suppressors...

Post by The Annoyed Man »

According to the NSSF newsletter UPS is no longer shipping suppressors …
NSSF this week learned that UPS had changed its policy regarding the shipment of suppressors. The new policy states that UPS will no longer ship suppressors, even between licensees.
Nice bit of snark at the end.

Making sure I understand, I can still ship firearms and ammo via UPS, but not a suppressor... ... ... Nope, still don't get it.

They wouldn't ship the machine that makes AR15 lowers either so they're not big on logic. Those are now being shipped by the USPS. Go figure. My guess is that they're making gestures with public pronouncements not to ship items that don't generate much revenue anyway but sound nefarious to the ignorati.
