I believe this is the most up-to-date CHL fee schedule:

If you do it online, does the DPS website automatically charge the right amount to your credit card?
I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.
Re: fee for change of address
Yes, they charge the credit card. However there is a $2 service charge, so total is $27. Just did a change of address myself last week.Ameer wrote:If you do it online, does the DPS website automatically charge the right amount to your credit card?

Re: fee for change of address
Did they ever even try to come up with some plausible excuse for it costing so much more than an address change on a driver's license?

Greed. The same reason some people are upset about Texans saving money by getting a Utah license.KD5NRH wrote:Did they ever even try to come up with some plausible excuse for it costing so much more than an address change on a driver's license?
This will only hurt a little. What comes next, more so.
