Not raining in Corpus Christi. Going white wing dove hunting this afternoon. I'll be thinking of you bored guys.

I live in the country in a high dove population. On opening day I heard many warning shots, some coming in the form of doubles, some triples and some even in fives.

Reminds me of the joke about the native american guide telling the customer that he knew the success or failure of nearby hunters just by listening;
- 1 shot; deer

I suspect triples and fives equal 'no dove' :shock:

I have no need to dove hunt. I have to put quite a few wounded dove out of their misery every dove season.

I shot a old boar squirrel one time who was so tough and stinky I couldn't finish cooking him.
