Reminds me of the cartoon .. was it Daffy Duck on the BOMB assembly line with the mallet checking for duds by hitting them?

No kidding... some people's common sense just defies logic... why not use a bullet puller then reseat the bullet... much easier.

Just squirt a little WD40 on it.
It will kill the primer and neutralize the powder....
At least that's what the experts tell you :roll:
